The training course provides a general orientation and knowledge about conflict prevention and resolution through arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation, with a specific focus on OSCE-relevant instruments. The Initiative contributes to creating equal opportunities for young professionals, in particular concerning women’s participation in policymaking, planning and implementation processes. A total of 150 scholarships are available to facilitate the participation of young professionals from OSCE participating States and Partners for Co-operation. Participation in the in-person training is reserved for women.
