In the wake of a tragic incident of violence within a family that deeply affected the community of Kulyab in southern Tajikistan, the OSCE Office in Tajikistan and a civil society organization offered special training on how to deal with aggressors and stop physical and emotional violence, delivered through the Women’s Resource Centre – one of the network supported by the Office.
