Sexual harassment in Serbia

The publication gives a comprehensive overview on the legal and strategic framework on sexual harassment in Serbia together with specific data on prevalence of sexual harassment deriving from the vast of data collected in the OSCE-Wide Survey on Well-being and Safety of Women in 2019. The analysis serves as a baseline for developing policy dialogue between civil society, academia and relevant state institutions on this serious topic that primarily affects working women. The position paper contains a set of recommendations for relevant stakeholders responsible to combat sexual harassment in Serbia.
