Training of police on green border observation
The OSCE Mission to Skopje in co-operation with the French Embassy organized a practical training course on green border observation in mountainous area for border police officers, special police and forensic investigators from 9 October to 19 October 2017. The training course, which was delivered by experts from the Chamonix-Mountainous Rescue Team (C.R.S.) within the French Police, covered various topics, including orientation, rescue and climbing techniques, as well as communication skills in mountainous areas.
