Rosaline Marbinah, born in 1994, is the Special Representative on Youth and Security. Marbinah has been active within civil society for several years, and currently serves as president of the National Council of Swedish Youth Organisations (LSU). As president of LSU, Marbinah leads the work of 86 member organisations consisting of 650 000 children, teenagers and young adults. She is also a board member of the Development Cooperation Organisation ForumCiv.
Marbinah is the former president of The Swedish Associations of International Affairs (UFS) and, since 2018, one of four Swedish ambassadors for democracy. Marbinah studied political science and international relations at the University of Gothenburg.
