OSCE/ODIHR Final Opinion on Draft Amendments to the Act of the National Council of the Judiciary and Certain Other Acts of Poland
This Final Opinion was prepared in response to a request from the Chairperson of the National Council of the Judiciary of Poland received by ODIHR in February 2017.
It primarily aims to clarify and elaborate on certain recommendations or statements made in the Preliminary Opinion.
