Report on a Legal Review of Judgements by the Court of Milan
This report presents the results of a legal review conducted as part of the project “Building a comprehensive Criminal Justice Response to Hate Crimes”, developed by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in co-operation with the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (UCSC) and the Court of Milan.
