Presidential Election, 17 November and 1 December 1996

Following an invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, ODIHR deployed an On-site Co-ordinator, six long-term observers and 81 short-term observers to observe the two rounds of the Presidential election on 17 November and 1 December.
