Research on Gender Discrimination in Professional Environment of Advocates and Judges in Ukraine: Report on the Findings

The research on gender discrimination in the professional environment of advocates and judges in Ukraine was conducted within the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine “Safeguarding Human Rights through Courts” Project. The target audience for the survey was selected among judges and advocates who underwent training on human rights protection within the Project. The objective of the research was to evaluate existence and magnitude of gender discrimination in the professional environment of advocates and judges in Ukraine.
