The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine helps Ukraine’s border and environmental control agencies to ensure their personnel have the skills and knowledge needed to detect dangerous substances, thereby preventing threats to people’s health and lives. Rene BeBeau, Senior Project Officer, explains to the local media the objectives of OSCE assistance to Ukraine in this area.
