General legal theory
A handbook on the theory of law (under the general editorship of Professor Mykola Koziubra), developed and published with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, offers a rethinking of modern scientific approaches to understanding the role of the state in the process of lawmaking. The handbook focuses on various aspects of human rights and rule of law and promotes shaping the students’ outlook through the prism of universal legal values. Available in Ukrainian only.
