From 12 to 28 November, over 400 participants took part in the third Human Dimension Implementation Meeting, which aimed to foster compliance of individual States with OSCE commitments by reviewing their human rights records.

Particular attention was paid to monitoring commitments and enhancing compliance, as well as identifying problems and trends. Participants also discussed ways of increasing the effectiveness of the review process in general, and the Implementation Meetings in particular.
