This document highlights membership of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Public Key Directory (PKD) among OSCE participating States and Partners for Co-operation and outlines the support the OSCE Transnational Threats Department offers to facilitate participation in and the use of the ICAO PKD.
