Hardship for conflict-affected civilians in eastern Ukraine
This report outlines the main developments that exacerbate the situation of the civilian population in eastern Ukraine. The report is based on monitoring activities conducted by the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine from May to end of September 2016.
